1. Scope
These terms govern the use of this website, tattoo session bookings, and pre-orders of prints and merchandise from Adora Ink Tattoo.
2. Minimum age
Tattoo work is only carried out on people aged 18 or over. Valid photographic identification is required on the day of the session. No exceptions are made with parental consent.
3. Bookings and deposits
A date is confirmed with a deposit, which is deducted from the final price. The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice or missed.
4. Design and copyright
Sketches and designs are the artist's original work and remain her intellectual property. They are licensed for execution on your skin, not for reproduction or transfer to third parties.
5. Health
You must disclose allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, diabetes, epilepsy or blood-thinning medication. The artist may decline or postpone a session on safety grounds.
6. Aftercare
The healed result depends on aftercare. Instructions are provided at the end of the session. Touch-ups arising from inadequate aftercare are not covered.
7. Pre-orders and shipping
Pre-order items are produced to order; the lead time shown on the product page is an estimate. Payment is arranged after the order is confirmed.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and by European Union consumer legislation.
